12.1 By zc88. zc88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably believes a Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or any activity that is harmful to the platform or other players. In cases of confirmed fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
12.2 By the Player. You may request closure of your zc88 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the zc88 platform terminates immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive Account closure.
